1 Juvenile Justice Advisory Board; Development of Procedure for Placement of Minors at the Sununu Youth Drug Treatment Center. The juvenile justice advisory board, in consultation with the governor's commission on alcohol and drug abuse prevention, treatment, and recovery, established in RSA 12-J, shall develop a procedure for a minor who has been revived with Narcan administered by a first responder to be referred for treatment and/or placement at the youth drug treatment center located at the Sununu youth services center, established pursuant to 2017, 156:166. The juvenile justice advisory board shall include its findings and recommendations regarding the referral process in the advisory board's December 2020 biennial report to the speaker of the house, the president of the senate, the governor, and the following legislative committees: the house children and family law committee, the house criminal justice and safety committee, and the senate judiciary committee.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
