STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT relative to the hours youth are permitted to work.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Youth Employment Law; Prohibitions. Amend RSA 276-A:4 by inserting after paragraph VIII the following new paragraph:
IX. The prohibitions set forth in paragraphs IV, VI, and VII of this section shall not apply to youth receiving home education pursuant to RSA 193-A.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
