1 Chartered Public Schools; Employees. Amend RSA 194-B:14, IV to read as follow:
IV. The teaching staff of a chartered public school shall consist of a minimum of 50 80 percent of teachers either licensed to teach in New Hampshire certified or having at least 3 years of teaching experience.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
