STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

 

AN ACT relative to the annual audit report of public charter schools.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Chartered Public Schools; Annual Report; Donors.  Amend RSA 194-B:10, II to read as follows:

II.  A chartered public school shall provide at its own expense an annual financial audit and report to the state board and the school board complying with any current format and content requirements imposed upon a public school.  The report shall include the number of pupils served by the school and their respective tuition rates [and], a discussion of progress made towards the achievement of the school's academic and other goals set forth in its charter, and a list of all donors who have contributed $10,000 or more.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
