STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

 

AN ACT repealing the prohibition on inhaling toxic vapors for effect.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Repeal.  RSA 644:5-a, relative to inhaling toxic vapors for effect, is repealed.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
