STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

 

AN ACT relative to red light equipment on vehicles owned by dispatchers.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Paragraph; Equipment of Vehicles; Red Lights; Police Dispatchers.  Amend RSA 266:78-c by inserting after paragraph VI the following new paragraph:

VII.  Vehicles privately owned or leased by full-time, part-time, or volunteer dispatchers employed by local, state, or federal police departments.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
