STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

 

AN ACT establishing a penalty for violations related to statutory liens on personal property.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Section; Statutory Liens on Personal Property; Penalty.  Amend RSA 444 by inserting after section 6 the following new section:

444:7  Penalty.  Any person who violates the provisions of RSA 444:3 or RSA 444:6 shall be guilty of a violation.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect January 1, 2019.
