STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT relative to retention of job applications and personnel files.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Disposition of Municipal Records; Disposition and Retention Schedule. Amend RSA 33-A:3-a, LX to read as follows:
LX. Job applications-successful: retirement or termination plus [50] 20 years.
2 Disposition of Municipal Records; Disposition and Retention Schedule. Amend RSA 33-A:3-a, XCVI to read as follows:
XCVI. Personnel files: retirement or termination plus [50] 20 years.
3 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
