STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen

 

AN ACT relative to industrial hemp as a controlled substance.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Paragraph; Industrial Hemp.  Amend RSA 318-B:1-a by inserting after paragraph VIII the following new paragraph:

IX.  Industrial hemp shall not be designated as a controlled substance.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
