STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

 

AN ACT repealing the requirement that motor vehicle lighting and safety equipment be approved by the director of the division of motor vehicles.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

44:1  Repeal.  RSA 266:32, relative to approval of lighting and safety equipment, is repealed.

44:2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
