STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT relative to criteria for debarment of vendors.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Criteria for Debarment of Vendors. Amend RSA 21-I:11-c, I(a)(10) to read as follows:
(10) Has been placed on the debarred parties list specified in paragraph II within the past year[.];
(11) Has been found guilty of wage theft of its employees within the past 5 years;
(12) Has been found guilty of violations of worker safety practices within the past 5 years; or
(13) Has been found guilty of misclassification of workers in the past 5 years.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
