1 Repeal. The following are repealed:

I. RSA 286:1, relative to the license requirement for showmen and similar performers.

II. RSA 286:5, relative to the penalty for violation of certain requirements for open-air shows.

III. RSA 286:6-11, relative to municipal licenses for billiard tables.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
