1 Legislative Findings and Intent. The general court finds that a long history of collaboration between the state of New Hampshire and the town of Hampton has resulted in Hampton Beach being recognized regionally, nationally, and globally as a premiere vacation destination. State and local taxpayers made the Hampton Beach state park the crown jewel of the state park system, which in turn fuels the economy, generates government revenues, and adds to the quality of life for all people of our state.
