AMENDED ANALYSIS

 

This bill authorizes the following organizations to issue decals for multi-use decal plates:

 

I.  The Daniel Webster Council of Boy Scouts of America.

 

II.  The New England Patriots Charitable Foundation, Inc.

 

III.  Granite Pathways.

 

IV.  The New Hampshire Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Association.

 

V.  Friends of the Hampton Falls Bandstand, Inc.

 

VI.  Seacoast Youth Services.

 

VII.  New Hampshire Catholic Charities, provided that all proceeds from decals issued by New Hampshire Catholic Charities shall be for the benefit of the New Hampshire Food Bank.

 

VIII.  New England Donor Services, Inc.

 

IX.  Sophia's Fund.

 

X.  The New Hampshire Breast Cancer Coalition.

 

XI.  The university system of New Hampshire.  Granite state college, Keene state college, and Plymouth state university are each authorized to issue decals, provided that all proceeds shall remain with the issuing institution and be used only for student scholarships.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

 

AN ACT relative to organizations authorized to issue decals for multi-use decal plates.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Multi-Use Decal Plates; Authorized Organizations.  Amend RSA 261-B:9 to read as follows:

261-B:9  Authorized [Organization] Organizations.  The following organizations are authorized to issue decals under this chapter:

I. Rotary District 7870 Foundation [is authorized to issue decals under this chapter].

II.  The Daniel Webster Council of Boy Scouts of America.

III.  The New England Patriots Charitable Foundation, Inc.

IV.  Granite Pathways.

V.  The New Hampshire Law Enforcement Officers Memorial Association.

VI.  Friends of the Hampton Falls Bandstand, Inc.

VII.  Seacoast Youth Services.

VIII.  New Hampshire Catholic Charities, provided that all proceeds from decals issued by New Hampshire Catholic Charities shall be for the benefit of the New Hampshire Food Bank.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
