STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT relative to the construction of a Lake Sunapee public boat ramp.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Department of Fish and Game; Construction of Lake Sunapee Public Boat Ramp. The sum of $2,075,000 is hereby appropriated to the department of fish and game for the construction and operation of the Lake Sunapee public boat ramp which will be located on Birch Grove Road in the town of Newbury.
2 Bonds Authorized. To provide funds for the appropriation made in section 1 of this act, the state treasurer is hereby authorized to borrow upon the credit of the state not exceeding the sum of $2,075,000 and for said purpose may issue bonds and notes in the name of and on behalf of the state of New Hampshire in accordance with RSA 6-A. Payments of principal and interest on the bonds and notes shall be made from the statewide public boat access fund established in RSA 233-A:13. For the project in section 1, a minimum of $150,000 of the funds appropriated shall be for necessary road and safety improvements relating to the construction and operation of the Lake Sunapee boat ramp on Birch Grove Road in the town of Newbury, where the ramp is to be located, including the intersections of Birch Grove Road and state route 103.
