STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT relative to costs of blood testing orders.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. The following are repealed:
I. RSA 141-G:15, relative to costs of blood testing orders.
II. RSA 141-G:19, II(k), relative to rulemaking regarding costs of blood testing orders.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
