1 New Paragraph; Food Licensure; Inspection. Amend RSA 143-A:5 by inserting after paragraph IX the following new paragraph:

X. Franchise food service establishments and franchise retail food stores subject to routine inspection by an agent of the national franchise organization.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
