STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Seventeen
AN ACT relative to beverage vendor fees.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Fees; Beverage Vendor License. RSA 178:29, III(b) is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:
(b) Beverage vendor license, a fee representing the total per manufacturer assessments of:
(1) $100 for each manufacturer with sales of less than 10 barrels per year;
(2) $500 for each manufacturer with sales of 10-1,000 barrels per year;
(3) $5,000 for each manufacturer with sales of 1,001-50,000 barrels per year;
(4) $25,000 for each manufacturer with sales of more than 50,000 barrels per year;
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2017.

This bill establishes a new fee schedule for beverage vendor licenses. The table below includes the proposed fee structure, the number of licensees currently included in each category, and the estimated impact on state liquor fund revenue:
