STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT relative to licensure requirements for nondepository mortgage bankers, brokers, and servicers.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Mortgage Bankers and Brokers; Exemptions. Amend RSA 397-A:4 by inserting after paragraph V the following new paragraph:
VI. A person who is not the owner of the real property in question who, in any consecutive 12-month period, makes no more than 3 mortgage loans.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
