METHODOLOGY:

The Department of Administrative Services, Division of Personnel assumes this bill would require additional resources in the Division of Personnel and other agency and public human resources offices to complete the review of positions and minimum qualifications, and to provide individualized career counseling services to veterans or disabled veterans who have been honorably discharged.  The Division has no information on how many veterans would require these services so it not able to determine the additional cost.
