AN ACT relative to attorney general membership on certain committees and repealing the criminal justice information system.

ANALYSIS

 

This bill removes the attorney general as a member of the wellness and primary prevention council and the OBD II testing advisory committee, and repeals the criminal justice information system program, known as J-One.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

 

AN ACT relative to attorney general membership on certain committees and repealing the criminal justice information system.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

49:1  Wellness and Primary Prevention Council; Membership.  Amend the introductory paragraph in RSA 126-M:3, I to read as follows:

I.  There is hereby established a wellness and primary prevention council which shall consist of [18 members as follows] the following members:

49:2  Repeal.  The following are repealed:

I.  RSA 106-K, relative to the criminal justice information system.

II.  RSA 126-M:3, I(g), relative to attorney general membership on the wellness and primary prevention council.

III.  RSA 266:59-b, VII(a)(4), relative to attorney general membership on the OBD II testing advisory committee.

49:3  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
