STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

 

AN ACT relative to days of rest for employees of recreation camps and youth skill camps.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

131:1  New Paragraph; Protective Legislation; Exceptions.  Amend RSA 275:35 by inserting after paragraph VIII the following new paragraph:

IX.  Employees of a recreation camp or a youth skill camp licensed pursuant to RSA 485-A:24.  

131:2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
