STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen

 

AN ACT relative to priority of liens for liability for support of assisted persons.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Aid To Assisted Persons; Priority of Liens on Real Estate.  Amend RSA 165:30 to read as follows:

165:30  Relative Priority.  Any lien arising under RSA 165:28 shall [be subordinate to] have priority over mortgages and other valid liens, recorded with the register of deeds prior to the recording of the notice of the lien referred to in RSA 165:28.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
