STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT relative to tuition in the community college system.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
135:1 New Paragraph; Community College System of New Hampshire; Tuition Waived. Amend RSA 188-F:15 by inserting after paragraph II the following new paragraph:
III. The board of trustees shall have the authority to allow a tuition discount for less than full-time employees. The board of trustees may establish criteria with respect to length of service, hours worked, percent of discount, and eligible courses.
135:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
