This bill provides that the state board of education shall require school districts to adopt a policy that a student's grade, as determined by his or her teacher, is final.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT relative to final grades in schools.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; State Board of Education; Duties. Amend RSA 186:11 by inserting after paragraph XXXVII the following new paragraph:
XXXVIII. Grades. Require school districts to adopt a policy requiring that the grade awarded to a student by a teacher, in the absence of clerical or mechanical mistake, fraud, bad faith, or incompetence, is final.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
