STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
AN ACT prohibiting the use of motorcycle-only roadside checkpoints.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Motorcycle Noise Levels; Roadside Checkpoints. Amend RSA 266:59-a by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:
IV. No law enforcement agency of the state or a political subdivision of the state may enforce this section at a motorcycle-only roadside checkpoint.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
