STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Eighteen
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
235:1 Department of Safety; Transfer of Funds. For the biennium ending June 30, 2019, and contingent upon approval of the fiscal committee of the general court, the sum of $130,000 of funds that would otherwise lapse, shall be transferred from sums appropriated to the department of safety pursuant to 2017, 155 and 156, to the fire standards and training and emergency medical services fund established in RSA 21-P:12-d.
235:2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
