In addition, for the purpose of supporting the PDMP, the bill contains an appropriation equal to 5% of the revenue collected by various boards for the biennium ending June 30, 2019. The restricting of 5% of the revenue collected by the identified boards will result in an equal decrease in unrestricted State General Fund revenue.
