In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
AN ACT relative to criteria for teachers in charter schools.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Chartered Public Schools; Employees. Amend RSA 194-B:14, IV to read as follow:
IV. The teaching staff of a chartered public school shall consist of a minimum of [50] 75 percent of teachers [either] licensed to teach in New Hampshire [certified or having at least 3 years of teaching experience].
