STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
AN ACT relative to night work.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Youth Employment Law; Night Work. RSA 276-A:13 is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:
276-A:13 Night Work. Any youth scheduled to work more than 2 nights in a week past 8 o'clock p.m. or before 6 o'clock a.m. shall not be permitted to work more than 8 hours in any 24-hour period during that particular week.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
