STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
AN ACT relative to price quotes for home heating oil delivery.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Price Quotes for Home Heating Oil Delivery. Amend RSA 339 by inserting after section 79 the following new section:
339:80 Price Quotes for Home Heating Oil Delivery. If a consumer who does not have a prepaid plan for home heating oil accepts the quoted price for a home heating oil delivery, the quoted price shall be valid until the delivery occurs.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
