1 New Section; Expansion of State Park System; Removal of Solid Animal Waste. Amend RSA 216-A by inserting after section 3-o the following new section:

216-A:3-p Removal of Solid Animal Waste. Any person who brings an animal into any parking, picnic, or camping area, or onto any road, walkway, or trail in a state park or state forest shall remove from such areas, roads, and trails all solid animal waste produced by such animal. Any person who violates this section shall be subject to a $50 fine. Appropriate signage may be posted as deemed necessary.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
