STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
AN ACT relative to policies required for health facilities and special health care service licenses.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 151:2-f, I, relative to a written policy relative to services provided by certain facilities licensed under RSA 151, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2020.
