AN ACT relative to required notice of mortgage funding at a construction jobsite.

This bill repeals a requirement that a mortgagor post at a construction jobsite the anticipated funding date for the construction mortgage requisition.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen

 

AN ACT relative to required notice of mortgage funding at a construction jobsite.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

57:1  Repeal.  RSA 447:12-b, III, relative to the required posting of notice at a construction jobsite of the anticipated funding date of a construction mortgage requisition, is repealed.

57:2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
