STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
AN ACT relative to naming buildings and other construction built using public funds.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Naming of Certain Buildings. Amend RSA 4:43 by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:
IV. Buildings, roads, bridges, state parks or other construction built using public funds shall only be named posthumously.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
