STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
AN ACT relative to the definition of contracts relative to official ballot default budgets.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 40:13, IX(c), relative to the definition of contracts relative to municipal budgets, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
