STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen

 

AN ACT relative to the rulemaking authority of the state board of education.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Adequate Public Education; Rulemaking.  Amend RSA 193-E:2-a, V(b) to read as follows:

(b)  The state board of education shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to the approval of alternative programs authorized by school districts for granting credit [leading to graduation].

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
