STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
AN ACT relative to the newborn home visiting program.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Section; Home Visiting Program. Amend RSA 167 by inserting after section 68 the following new section:
167:68-a Home Visiting Program. The newborn home visiting program established pursuant to this subdivision shall be made available to all Medicaid eligible families without restriction.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
