STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Appropriation; Innovation Research Center. There is hereby appropriated the sum of $250,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020 and the sum of $250,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021 to the university system of New Hampshire to fund the innovation research center established in RSA 187-A:30. These sums shall be in addition to any other appropriations made to the university system of New Hampshire. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sums out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2019.

METHODOLOGY:
This bill makes a general fund appropriation of $250,000 in FY 2020 and $250,000 in FY 2021 to the University System of New Hampshire for the purpose of funding the innovation research center established in RSA 187-A:30.
