This bill requires the executive director of fish and game to adopt rules to allow the use of a .410 gauge shotgun to take wild turkey during the youth turkey hunt weekend.

STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty
AN ACT relative to the methods of taking turkey during youth turkey hunt weekend.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Game Birds; Wild Turkeys. Amend RSA 209:12-a by inserting after paragraph III the following new paragraph:
IV. The executive director shall adopt rules, pursuant to RSA 541-A, relative to permissible methods of taking wild turkey for youths participating in youth turkey hunt weekend which shall allow youths to take wild turkey using a .410 gauge shotgun.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
