1 New Paragraph; Off Highway Recreational Vehicles; Regulation of Political Subdivisions. Amend RSA 215-A:15 by inserting after paragraph VI the following new paragraph:

VII. Notwithstanding paragraphs I and I-a, no OHRV shall be operated on the rail trail in the town of Gorham.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
