STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty

 

AN ACT requiring the renovation of the smoker's lounge in the legislative office building.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Renovation and Re-purposing of Smoker's Lounge.  The joint committee on legislative facilities is hereby directed to administer the renovation and re-purposing of the smoker's lounge in the basement of the legislative office building to be a child-friendly room.  The project shall be completed not later than July 1, 2021.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
