STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty

 

AN ACT making an appropriation for the purpose of funding substance use disorder services in Nashua.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  Appropriation; Department of Health and Human Services; Substance Use Disorder Services.  Amend 2019, 346:352 to read as follows:

346:352  Appropriation; Department of Health and Human Services; Safe Stations; Substance Use Disorder Services.  The sum of $375,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2020 and the sum of $375,000 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021 [is] are hereby appropriated to the department of health and human services for the purpose of funding existing Safe Stations located in Manchester and funding substance use disorder services in Nashua.  The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sums out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.  Said funds shall not lapse until June 30, 2021.

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect upon its passage.
