1 New Paragraph; Real Estate Practice Act; Exemption Added. Amend RSA 331-A:4 by inserting after paragraph IX the following new paragraph:

X. A non-profit organization operating a home-share program under RSA 540-B relative to shared facilities.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
