STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty
AN ACT removing the authorization for OHRV use on certain sections of state highway.
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Repeal. RSA 215-A:10, IV(c), relative to authorizing OHRV use on certain sections of state highway, is repealed.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect January 1, 2021.
