STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Twenty
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 New Paragraph; Maple Products Labeling; Exemption. Amend RSA 429:14 by inserting after paragraph IV the following new paragraph:
V. Primary and secondary schools producing maple syrup for sale as part of an educational experience and fundraiser for school programs shall be exempt from the provisions of this section.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
