1 Notice of Security Breach. RSA 359-C:20, II is repealed and reenacted to read as follows:

II. After providing initial notice of a security breach pursuant to paragraph I, additional information regarding the breach may be withheld if a law enforcement agency, or national or homeland security agency, determines that disclosure will impede a criminal investigation or jeopardize national or homeland security. Such information shall be provided upon completion of the investigation or determination that disclosure no longer presents a threat to national or homeland security.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
