1 New Section; Minutes of Meetings of County Delegations. Amend RSA 24 by inserting after section 9-c the following new section:

24:9-cc Minutes of Meetings of County Delegations. If a county delegation meets and the sole purpose of the meeting is to approve minutes required under RSA 91-A from a prior meeting, no minutes of that meeting shall be necessary.

2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
