STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE

 

In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen

 

AN ACT requiring reports by the board of dental examiners.

 

Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:

 

1  New Section; Board of Dental Examiners; Reports Required.  Amend RSA 317-A by inserting after section 5 the following new section:

317-A:5-a  Reports Required.  The board shall report quarterly beginning July 1, 2020 to the health and human services oversight committee established  under RSA 126-A:13 on the number of consumer complaints received and how the complaints have been addressed by the board.  

2  Effective Date.  This act shall take effect 60 days after its passage.
