STATE OF NEW HAMPSHIRE
In the Year of Our Lord Two Thousand Nineteen
Be it Enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court convened:
1 Appropriation; Community College System of New Hampshire. There is hereby appropriated to the community college system of New Hampshire the sum of $1 for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2021 for the purpose of continuing the math learning communities program in partnership with New Hampshire high schools. The governor is authorized to draw a warrant for said sum out of any money in the treasury not otherwise appropriated.
2 Effective Date. This act shall take effect July 1, 2020.

METHODOLOGY:
This bill provides a general fund appropriation of $200,000 in FY 2020 and $200,000 in FY 2021 to the Community College System of New Hampshire for the purpose of funding the math learning communities program in partnership with New Hampshire high schools.
